  • Module 2: Building an Anti-Racist Workplace
According to Glassdoor's 2019 Diversity and Inclusion Study, 42% of employees in the U.S. have experienced or witnessed racism in the workplace. This session will help participants build the capacity to discuss racism by exploring anti-racism tools to address systemic change to combat racial injustice and inequality.
  • Module 3: Beyond Race: Understanding the ISMs
This module will help participants develop a basic understanding and critical consciousness about the many types of oppression known as -isms and -phobias.

  • Module 5: Allyship and Creating an Inclusive Workplace
